How do I cancel subscription?

If you are subscribed to pro, you can cancel by going to PRO tab, clicking Manage subscription, and there selecting Cancel plan.

How do I change my payment card?

If you are subscribed to pro, you can change it by going to PRO tab, clicking Manage subscription, then Add payment method.

I have problem with my account / subscription / payment.

My video has never arrived.

Sorry your video didn't arrived. First you should check your spam folder or primary tab (for eg. gmail users). If it is not there, try creating your video again. If you still have not received your video, please email your image and audio file to mycassette.app@gmail.com or chat with support so we may find the issue.
